Revolve FESTIVAL
REVOLVE presented its 4th annual #REVOLVEfestival, a two-day daytime desert party with multiple brand activations, performances, and special guests. Party-goers enjoyed JAJA Tequila, the official spirit of REVOLVEfestival and beat the desert heat in Virgin Voyages beach lounge and KAOS Cabanas presented by Palms Las Vegas. TDE (Top Dawg Ent) artists dominated Saturday’s stage with live performances by SZA, ScHoolboy Q, Jay Rock, Zacari, Reason, and a special performance by 2 Chainz, in celebration of their partnership with REVOLVE as guests rocked the exclusive REVOLVE x TDE merch. The weekend kicked off with a welcome dinner on Friday night, followed by REVOLVE DESERT NIGHTS: an invite-only TAO GROUP partnered after hours turn up event, with surprise late night performance and DJ sets.
Activations for the festival also included an on-site pop-up shop curated by Cotton (as in The Fabric of Our Lives), complete with festival-inspired styles, a personalization station, and giveaways, #REVOLVEbeauty experiences, REVOLVE merch tent, Quay Australia sunglass shack, a lush food garden from DoorDash, serving up LA-favorite Uncle Paulie’s, and Schutz soda shop. Lyft was on hand as the official rideshare sponsor. Refreshments were provided by Heineken, La Croix, and PathWater, the official still water of #REVOLVEfestival that kept guests hydrated throughout the day made with sustainable and eco-friendly packaging.
ROLE: From ideation to execution- planning meetings with agency and client teams on creative, booking vendors, negotiating deal memos with influencers and celebrities (and respective teams), creating ROS, staffing support and logistics for the festival, including talent escorting and red carpet press management for E! News, and press team management to garner press in real-time, in addition to pre/post-event coverage.
